I have worked in a variety of public, private and voluntary organisations supporting and empowering groups and individuals to maximise their potential. Recognising and validating the unique skills that individuals have and how these can be utilised and built upon to develop teams, leaders and managers ,is key to meeting the changing needs of organisations. To this end, my work often supports and facilitates people at work to manage changes in their environment in a creative and practical manner, building on individual and team strengths and assets that match the new challenges and working arrangements.

By working with tact, diplomacy,integrity, and flexibility, I am successful in this role  as I can provide specifically negotiated training and mentoring  programmes and support which  clearly sets out specific aims,objectives and outcomes for individuals and organisations.

It is an interesting and sometimes challenging role which I enjoy tremendously because each job is different and I get to meet a wide range of fascinating and creative people. What more can I say!
